We collaborate with leading researchers at the University of Saskatchewan to develop cutting-edge, sustainable food production technologies.
To create a resilient, local food system that reduces carbon footprint and nourishes communities across Canada.
Kale, spinach, arugula, microgreens & salad mixes grown in our vertical farm system. Certified organic and carbon-negative.
Heirloom tomatoes, tomato passata, and ready-to-use sauces made from our greenhouse harvest. No additives. Pure Saskatoon flavour.
Saskatchewan-grown ancient grains: quinoa, millet, farro, and ready-to-cook mixes. Packed with protein and nutrients.
Every part of our harvest is used β peels become compost, trimmings become animal feed, and water is recycled back into the system.
Our facility runs entirely on solar and wind power from the University District micro-grid.
All products are delivered within 150 km radius using electric vans. Farm-to-table in under 48 hours.
We welcome wholesale inquiries, research partnerships, and campus tours.
